Real Name: Barry Allen

A freak accident gave Central City police scientist Barry Allen the superhuman ability to move at speeds just below the speed of light, making him arguably the fastest man alive. He was also able to phase through solid objects by vibrating his molecules through them. Allen also possessed the ability to travel through time by running on a “Cosmic Treadmill” that he himself designed. Allen sacrificed himself to save the world from the Anti-Monitor during the Crisis; he is survived by his nephew Wally West, now know as the third Flash.

Allen had short blonde hair and blue eyes. He was a former founding member of the Justice League of America.
